Left SD bay at 12:30am to find no dean at the barge! Fudge!! Ran up to mission and the to the glowing light 40 miles south. Ton of boats but nobody night fishing at 3am weird! Metered around and found out why, nothing on the meter!!! All sports boats had nobody on deck!!! Gray light came and went and off we went. Lots of boats spread out and some bent rods so we just shut it down and started chunkin and fly lining on 30. My 2 guys dropped to 25 and caught fish. Im usually the light line guy but am off my game this year apparently! 3 fish landed all on 25small circle hooks... Some really big d bags out there drifting right on our chum line and running hard in between boats... Summers here!!!

Nice fish, good call going with lighter line! Super weird no night bite going on, I thought that was the thing for the bigger fish. Guess they were either super deep or not around. Thanks for the report!

Nice job! How long were you hanging on the light line? Any misses? Thanks for the report, bask in the glow...

If you gotta drop down you gotta drop down!
My buddies laugh when I say i'm going lighter line.

It just takes a little longer to bring em in...that's all

I'm hearing the bite is moving closer North and East?!?

Damn dude. Like everybody said. Quality fish on 25. How slow were you throwing chunks? And how small do you cut them? I wana try it up here when the tuna are around.
