    Good afternoon fellow Excel anglers.
Unpacking after our trip and noticed Ed’s Red Rapala tackle bag didn’t make it home with us. It must have been loaded into the wrong cart. The bag has Ed’s reels in it and one is a loaner. If anyone knows what happened to it, please pm or call me. (626)8241991
    Thanks everyone
    Tom
Sorry that was the 9/23 trip!

I’d contact the office and ask them to email all who were on the trip. That’s a real bummer and hope whoever ended up with it wants good carma.

All ready called Jason and the landing. They are trying to contact the boat but they are still loading bait.

I loaned 3 reels to a friend for a trip last summer and he left them in his stateroom. I had a happy ending and hopefully your buddy Ed will too.

It took me 3 months to finally get mine back, so don't get anxious

    changed the title for ya.

I'd think by now, one would realize they had something that does not belong to them.....but, hope it turns up!

I'm packing for a trip right now and realized I have my name/address/phone number in my reel bag and duffle bag but not in my tackle bag. I'm going to fix that right now. And I'm also going to ziptie one of the laminated luggage tags I made to one of my rod socks. I hope you find your bag. I would really like to hear that someone does the right thing and returns it to you.

Last October I had some gear accidentally loaded in my cart, while loading my gear in my truck, I realized it wasn't mine. I think most of us recognize what is ours, and what isin't. Hopefully things work out as they should. I believe most of us long range fishermen are honest!

I laminate a bunch of my business cards and cable tie one to all of my bags. I also wrap one handle on each bag with bright colored duct tap so its easy to recognize in a pile.

Like I posted earlier, it took 3 months for mine to return home. The person who has it probably hasn't unpacked his gear yet, just a pile in his garage.

    Hey Tom,
I saw it on deck as the last of the fish were loaded into the cart. The crew had it and was asking whom it belonged to. I would check with Jason and let him know the crew had it. Hopefully it didn't get lost in the crew shuffling between new trips.

Fun fishing with you! Good luck to Ed on getting his stuff back!
