Well after weeks of planning and prepping yesterday was the day. Got up early and got to work, had already removed all the old electronics and sold them to another BD member. The new installs include Garmin 7610xsv, Garmin 18xhd Radar, Garmin GT30tm transducer, GX2200, 8 pin adaptor for use with current B744V and a small LED brow light. Some of the prep work included making a adaptor plate for the radar mast, the Garmin holes are wider than the Furuno that came off. Used 3/4" starboard for this adaptor. Shout out to Bob (Farallon2300) a fellow BD who's Winter Project thread inspired a few options I chose, like the adaptor plate between the cab and radar mast. My boat like his has fender washers stacked between the boat and mast. This must have been a standard back then by Johnson Hicks, it worked but I liked his idea better. I'm not the best at chronologicing pics as I get into a project. Enjoy the pics.

Phase 2 will be a second screen and a TM265lh transducer.

I only see one issue.....your new chartplotter has you on dry land!

Enjoy your new toys.

I agree Scott needs to hit some water ASAP. Thanks on the labeling, but to be honest the factory did it originally. I was being anal retentive on some shrink wrap on a wire and got carried away with the heat gun and melted that half of the factory sheet. So I had to redo that side individually. It was at the end of a long day when that mishap happened.
