This recipe is so easy it may not even qualify as a recipe but it is so good even non fish eaters will wolf it down. Hell its a baked fried chicken recipe on a bisquick box for peets sake. But what the hell, its simple and the fish disapears fast!
Preheat oven to 425
legal and larger ling fillets dry set aside and ready
1/4 pound butter- microvave in a 2 qt bowl
when the butter is melted stir in 2/3 cup bisquik
teaspoon paprica, salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
dredge the fish in the glop. If the glop is too thick add a bit of water.
Plop the fillets on a non stick baking pan and bake until crispy
What you end up with is juicy sweet ling with crispy pastry crust after about 45 minutes.
