We left the Cays at 6am for a small 15 minute wait at the bait barge. Great scoop of dines that we ended up only using for chum. Great day between the 371 and 425. Look for the parking lot. Can’t miss it.
All our fish caught on James’s Knife jigs please contact him directly you won’t be sorry.

He gets $25 for the 150 gram and $35 for the 200 gram. Both sizes worked for us. I was fishing with a Seeker Hercules 7’ rod, Avet HX Raptor, 100# braid, 80# mono top shot and 60# fluorocarbon leader.
We had (5) hook ups one broken knot, (4) BFT taken and a Mako Shark later in the day (released).
    Overall, Drue’s boat works!

Nice! I took my buddy out for his first shake down cruse and nailed those nicer grade BF as well... we are behind you in the whaler in your second photo. Those bigger fish were all caught on rubber band rigs on 50lb for us at 70'-100' but man what a show it was down there today in that school. Not a minute went by without BFT crashing the surface or going airborne. The size of fish on that school ranged from 10-100+ lbs it's was an awesome show

Fun! Love the KB jigs (from James Kikkawa). He is getting in some 300 gram knife jigs and some 350 gram SK-like jigs as well. Direct from Thailand. Worth a look!

Sounds like you had a great trip, but..... why create a thread about breaking in a new boat and not actually say anything about the boat itself?

    😂
Isn’t Pitchin Wedge a golf term? I’m not sure there is an appropriate forum for that.

Yea it was a MT 190 an man that was the first time I've actually ever been in one! And what great ride they make. Great boats. I was very impressed on it's function and form such a wonderful wide fishy platform 🤙🏼. Especially to christen the new boat with blood!
