I doubt it, I think he is making a point. I heard the original fine was like $500 and he has been telling them to piss off ever since.

My favorite excerpt “NOAA’s FAQs do state that feeding seals “can cause them to lose their natural wariness of humans or boats and condition them to beg for handouts instead of foraging for their normal prey.””

I don’t believe the person who wrote that has ever actually seen a seal!!

I think its humorous that he got fined.. people feed sealions all kinds of stupid shit..and sealions eat everything so who cares..

I think the feds saw this as a way to try and stick it to an outspoken guy..

When wardens check the local city park ponds to ticket unlicensed anglers they could make a lot of revenue by also citing people who are feeding wildlife(ducks and geese) right next to the sign prohibiting such actions.

And according to these expert's feeding sealions is frowned upon but feeding orca's by shoving salmon down a 6" piece of PVC pipe is a good idea...man I love Washington...

Heading to Idaho next week property shopping.

There is no fixing stupid here, but there are no saltwater fish in Idaho.

Although....if they are right, with rising sea levels, you will have your saltwater in a couple of years if we all don't stop using fossil fuels and begin drinking our own urine immediately!

    ...you first, I say...

A few decades ago we fed salt dogs mackerel with a tablespoon of Drain-O in the gut cavity.

    They avoided human interaction.

Not legal to feed the wild animals AKA seal and sea lions but it's okay to rescue them and feed them call them until they're almost pet like in the way they attract towards humans

You gotta be pretty foolish to feed sea lions or pay a monthly subscription for fishing advice unless its Fishdope.

But Idaho lacks the masses to tell you about social justice, how to properly use a transgender bathroom and why it is your fault they didn't get a pony when they were twelve!

Check out northern Maine. Moose hunting, lobstaaz and halibut.

Always wanted to bury stainless trebles in big hunks of fish for the furbags. For 2500$ tom should have gotten a furbag tag or 3.

Awesome to see where LE and prosecutors want to focus their efforts. But they’ll let folks who poach right and left off with a slap and others shoot meth in front of them... really???

I’m gonna tell them all about each of you that have dangled an entire live salmon off a line and fed the seals and sea lions!!! Y’all are gonna go to jail for that!
