Started off approximately 42 miles south, dropping Flat Falls starting around 430 am. No hookups, started looking for Patties with not much luck A couple of Yellowtail. Started working are way North, to the 302. Around 130 we get a small yellowfin on the troll, then soon after a triple, then we hear start throwing bait. 100lb.+ Bluefin started to boil, no hookups. We then see a MONSTER FOAMER and Hall Ass to it. Three guys on the bow, my Friend Bob fishing a Major Craft Crostage crxc spinning rod and a 8000 saragosa, aron fishing a 9ft. Rid and a Tranx 500 and me using a Ripple Fisher Big Tuna 85 and a stella 8000hg. What's Amazing is we were able to get right on them(so close) we all casted our Poppers and Instant BENDO! ALL 3 fish were around 50lbs. And then it was a Wide Open Bite, Bait and Popper. Then we just hit Foamer after Foamer. Absolutely Fucking Unreal. I think we had 14 fish on the Popper. These Foamers had Bluefin and yellowfin mixed all together with Big and small fish. I want to Thank Joe(owner) for taking us out with only 7 guys, and Rick who ran the Boat. He kept us Informed and was able to cut off Foamers Perfectly. The Crew was Outstanding, the Food was Great, the sleeping accommodations were Outstanding. It was a Truly Amazing Trip. Not just because we caught alot of Tuna but to See those Foamers that close was UNREAL!
