Hi yall. I am booking a last minute 1.5 for tonight and the Pacifica and condor are within my budget. Condor has a super light load (6 as i am writing this) and it a "definite go" and my concern is range. This is my first 1.5 day, with a super light load can I expect the captain to go the same distance he regularly would with a heavier boat?

My other option would be to get on the pacifica which looks like it might get close to 30 guys, or gals. Is this boat a bit too small to fish 30 comfortably or am i trippin?

They're trying to build the run. No sense taking a hit already and then stopping short of the fish. They aren't all that far, anyway.

So would anyone not pay 20 bucks more to hop on the condor (obviously not the people already booked on pacifica)? Any reason not to if they are fishing the same grounds?

They will run wherever the fish are. Its early in the season they want to put up those numbers to get future bookings. Good luck wish I could join you.
