it's finally happening . Rob at defiance is working out all the bugs and flustracions that have flustrated me since my boat was new. Went for test run on water today and it's getting tuned in. Between Bo and Rob it's looking good.Rob is meeting with rep from raymarine Tuesday to fine tune electronics and it should be done.Rob put different prop on motor and it made a big difference, but he's still not happy so he's going to try a different one .Got to give him credit

I've had this boat since July 2012 it's a 250 admiral bought new helped push the mold in the shop.Had my share of problems but they are getting taken care of.Should have gone to Bo first and not relied on somebody that no longer works there.

4 years after purchase and the company is still working with you to resolve issues??....

Is what a company should do...but few do.

    Speaks volumes.

Glad they are taking care of you. They can be very frustrating to deal with at times. Where are you located?
