Any idea what gross weight of the boat is? Single axle, no problem?

Trailer was made for the boat. I don't know specifications on it. I added the owners number to the post. Feel free to text him questions.

Nice boat bump, can anyone explain the idea behind the pangas design? I know they use them in Mexico everywhere and I know they are trusted and proven, just wondering what the design (hull shape) offers that is sought after. Again, nice boat not trying to hijack this. just wondering.

They are designed to be a beach launched bow loaded workboat for commercial fishing in developing nations. People debate the origin of the design but most stories trace it back to Mexico.

Google 'IMF world bank hull panga' if you want to do some reading. The IMF/ World Bank adopted the design along with the Yamaha enduro outboard as part of a program to provide boats to coastal people in poor countries. A lot of them were also used for smuggling and piracy.

I've always enjoyed my time on pangas, that's for sure.
