Late report from fishing early in July. Took a rental boat out of Honokohau and turned right. Hook-up 15 minutes later on purple/silver/pink jet head. Dinner for 2 nights for four people.

Francis, Juliet and the rest of the crew,

It sure appears that Juliet has the routine figured out pretty well; way to go on the Ono.

    Cheers

    Francis,

Juliet looked to have a blast; and good technique on the fight. The food looked unreal. How many different preparations? Did you folks make all those dishes yourselves?

    Aloha,
    JD

Nice teamwork to land that ono. You must be a retired chef or something, those dishes look like 5 star dining.

    JD,
I can't claim that I cooked the dishes. The Sashimi and the first four dishes were prepared at Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel's restaurant. The last 2 were cooked at a Chinese restaurant in Kailua-Kona, Royal Jade Garden.
