Launched in partly cloudy, cold wind and on the water by 9:15. Off to the bait barges and get a half a scoop of some sorta tired 5 inch sardines. There was three of us on the boat so none of them went to waste. Hit the usual spots waiting for the tide to come back up but it never produced much movement and the slow bite reflected that. Right around 2:00 got into a flurry of halibut and managed three keepers. Largest was 29 inches long. The day was slow, cold and struggle to find a bite.
