I disagree, they didn't respect the privelidge. To have a drivers license is a privelidge not a right. A right to bear arms is a right yes, but they were not responsible in excercising that right. Take it away forever. It's a felony.

    ?????

If you don't have something positive to contribute
you should stay out of the conversation.

    (Please don't ban me!)

Humans have the capacity of reason.
We do not kill each other for sustenance.
We do not feast on the bones of our fellows.

We are animals with a conciseness.

Fuck the other animals... they taste good.[IMG]

These guys did not get popped for a mistake.
They got slammed for wanton, and multiple, disregard for the
    rules we all abide by.

I made a mistake a couple of decades ago.
    A short bug.

Cost me a weeks wages, plus $100 for contempt of court.[IMG]

Nobody is perfect. By a long shot.
Trust me, without going into detail, just trust me.

But, when people go well out of there way to be imperfect...

    Fuck 'em.

I have a feeling we agree more than disagree on this.

I just found out about this, for the first time, today. I heard it from a guy in San Diego, who mentioned Chad's name. Had no idea about his shaded past. I'd like to give people the benefit of learning from their mistakes. I wonder how many of you are buying his baits now, based on that very same premise.

I think they should be 86ed from public hunting or fishing grounds for 10 years.

They obviously were abusing our resources, so they should have to volunteer one day a week to cover their transgressions. Or pay fine. $50k seems reasonable to me.

So, 7 years later, with all Chad has done with Hookup Baits, Freedom Boat Club, time served, fines paid, seven years past, and you think he, and the others should still be punished more?

People seem to only stop doing dumb shit only when they are caught.
    Me included.
Minor thing but all the same.

!00% yes you should. You knowingly broke the law. Stupid games win great prizes They should also be imprisoned, life long ban of hunting anywhere on top of probation when released.

Sentencing should be suspended until certain individuals that have used certain government agencies to thwart the will of the people are tried ,convicted ,and sentenced...
.then these guys should get the same...

ok seriously they should be punished.
so the one that involved his son should have a lifetime hunting ban .....that will hurt him more then any fine.....but 52k seems about right. it' payable but gonna hurt.
