I fished the past week out of Las Cruces with my dad and my son on our panga. The weather was beautiful, water conditions started kind of cool and green but cleaned up as the week progressed. Fishing wasn't exactly WFO but really improved with the conditions. We found wahoo every day on the high spots along with jigging up some huachinango and pargo. There were lots of small dorado inshore and around the buoys and we saw several jumper and sleeper marlin as well. I think anyone fishing La Paz/Las Arenas in the next few weeks is going to score.
It was really cool to have 3 generations on the panga whacking some fish.

Wahoo and huachinango, some of the best eaters they got out there. Well done!

Yeah, my family has been going there since I was about 5, and we keep the panga there. If you ever get the opportunity, don't pass it up, it is one of the most incredible places in Baja.
