    What do you guys do to protect your "girls" aka RODS from damage on the flight down and back? I want everything to make it down and back with NO damage. Thanks headed down 6-20-19 getting ready.

    I put them in rod socks then bundle them together.

    Put them in a sock and bundle tip to butt and then wrap in towels or bubble wrap and you should be good.

    I have used bubble wrap with good success.

    I’ve done the pipe insulation over the tips too.

    I used pipe wrap On my trip down and it worked great. Tie wrap the bundle
