Cedros Fishing with Toro

I've decided to give Cedros a try this coming July.
Now, choosing who to go with..
Anyone fished with Toro before?

I have . Fished with him when he captained at cedros outdoor adventures ..all you'd hear on the radio all day was "toro toro toro".. all the other captains asking him where the fish were. I went to his new operation last year ,top notch. really nice. He grew up on the island, his dad's a fisherman, speaks english well.He has the knowledge of a classic mexican pangero that has embraced modern fishing techniques. Im backing the guy.
