Cocktails by design are to mask lower quality booze, good quality liquor should be imbibed straight, on the rocks or with a splash of water, though I do enjoy a a Mint Julep or two while watching the Kentucky Derby.

I'll take this in a different direction, Snake Bite = equal parts Yukon jack and lime juice, not bad in fact the exact opposite they go down like water, drank these for the first time, went to move and was unable to do anything other than crawl. The other bad I will always remember Harvey Wallbangers, Just like a screwdriver (OJ, vodka) two to one) with a float of Galliano. Learned early in life that either of these two drinks will kill you without you knowing its happening.............

The worst was in high school when we would nick a bit of this and that from our parents bottles, mix it all together and get buzzed at the river

Liquid cocaine: half 151 and half goldschlager.

It strips the finish off the coffee table yet we thought it would be ok to drink it…

You don't like it because you are making it wrong broham!
Equal parts of 151, Rumple Minze, Jägermeister, and Goldschlager!
Shake over ice and strain into shot glasses.... get it very cold! One of my favorite shots!

A death drink my buddy and I came up with at the club I backed for him at:
    Texas Sweat
5 layered drink in a martini glass (bottom to top)
Medori, Grenadine, Yokon Jack, Quervo, and 151
Light it on fire to heat it up for a few seconds, blow it out and down the hatch!
Absolutely have to drink it in one go to get to the melon and cherry flavors or else it is really bad!!!! We figured the drink layers out in you stomach too because it hits you in stages. It ends up with about 1.75 oz of 151 on top, 1.25-1.5oz of Jose, and about an oz of yokon jack... It;s like slamming 4 shots of horrible in one go!!!
I will totally make these at the WTC this year if the ingredients show up....
