Saturday I ran my boat to Catalina to try out my new engines, made it there in an hour and I didn’t push it. We landed lots of calicos and one of the guys lost a huge 9 pounder at the boat trying to bounce it. We saw a few yellows, but didn’t hook any, finished off the day with a few rock fish. Weather was perfect, bait was live sardines, all calicos were taken by flying live bait. It was a fun day, I start my private Fishing charter season in a few weeks. Thank you for making the b52 buck tail! Newer fisherman here, got my first yellow tail at Catalina a few days ago on a 1/2 oz b52 with some squid!

Wow that's a nice fish. Next time use our new HD B52 Bucktail jigs,. they have much larger hooks and are better for yellowtail and white sea bass. Nice job!
