Islands Catalina 3rd, 4th

Ran to Catalina to do a shake down run on my buddies boat after some repairs.
Water temp 62 degrees
Bait was live squid and macs and trolling rapalas
Front side, West end, and areas to mid island backside. Mostly used dropper loops. Got Calicos, Sheepsheads, Halibut, and Big Macs.
4 squid boats working backside by Ben Wesson. The Halibut weighed 17 lbs! Great time again no Seabass for us !! Nice meeting you BD’r Pacificscout !!
