Has anyone solved this problem? I've heard of few guys taking their Grafighters into shops and having butts permanently attached. Any suggestions?

I've but a band of electrical tape on the aluminum. Holds the end caps on a little tighter. The permanent route is really the best fix if you don't need the gimbal.

if you're asking about butt caps, go to the hardware store and buy some table leg ends that fit tighter. the're cheap like me

Wrap electrical tape on the end and shove it back on. Easy fix.

Epoxy it on if you want it permanently attached.

build up with making tape and some contact cement or better yet epoxy.with contact cement, it will hold , but you can easily remove if you want to replace.

Try friction tape or sticky side up on black electrical tape
