Great rod for Baja Panga fishing.

That blank is actually rated 40-80# by Calstar. Before I got old and developed hand/wrist problems and had to start fishing lighter lines, the 765ML was my go to 60# rod. The 6'6" rods travel much easier than longer rods and are far more practical in a Panga (low biminis) and give the angler more leverage.

Buy one of these factory wrapped and you're looking at close to $400 out the door. Almost talking myself into this rod even though I need it like a third foot.

BTW, I have never met the seller so I am not pimping his rod.

Seems like the calstar factory wrapped are going for a lot $$$ these days. I agree with traveling and using them as panga rods.
