does anyone has their 300 or 400TE with trini power handle?

when you make a long cast, the weight of the knob have ever put the reel in gear by the inertia of the cast?

I have heard that in some reels that were not made with power handle like cardiff or some others baitcaster reel if you put one on them they tend to activate the gear on the cast causing real bad backlashes or losing a lure in the worst escenario.

Im planning to put one in mine but I do a lot of long casts from the shore and from a boat and dont want to deal with this kind of problems, BUT since there is a calcutta TE that comes with power handle straigh from the factory (lucanus edition) I may be safe from this issue with that same kind of power handle

thanks in advance for your comments

I use the TN12 handle on a 300TE and it works just fine. Never had a problem.
