Just bought a Cabo Cuddycon 226. Came with a 09 Honda 225hp with 170 hours on it. Anyone have any useful info to the rigging or layout? Curious what people here have done to one of these and how useful the two 25 gallon bait tanks are in the transom. Love older boats and the layout of this thing is just what I needed. Look forward to personalizing it a bit.

Never owned a Honda OB though. Anything to keep an eye on besides the usual maintenance? Ive run two strokes forever,so the four stroke is going to take some getting used to.

Thanks

Great little boat your going to love it , if your batteries are not move up front I suggest that be the first thing you do make for a much better ride.

Sounds good. The batteries are in a compartment about four feet forward of the stern. Is this where yours are on the 216?

I had a 226, wish i still had it (needed money), the bait tanks work great , they keep a half scoop each no problem. I had twin Yammie 130's pushed it pretty well.
