I heard that if you fire one pistol shot at the furbags they will all scatter and bark at you from a distance.

Yeah tried feeding them a couple bonito but they were in the mood for Hamachi. Always save my bonito for them and it usually works well not Friday. Been fishing the islands for a while now never seen it that bad.

I just suggested you don't feed the pests.Don't get all butthurt and defensive because you don't like my suggestion.I'm sure many would agree that feeding furbags a dead fish is a bad idea. You not only teach the animal to love your boat you're also wasting a resource ! Ever try driving away from the furbags ? that works too.

Those islands are over run by seals and I’m surprised a group of you have not done some of your own culling. Just saying !!!!

Thanks... headed down there again on Monday. Hopefully not crowded and the seals can go fuck themselves.

If not to tired try and post a report when back. Want to hit the islands Tuesday or Wednesday. We just got consumed by seals when the sporties left at 430-5 ish. They made a v line towards our boat. And stayed with us where ever we went. Brutal! if sporties are there they will take a few of those huge male sealions.

That’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make. Paintball guns are a legal “non lethal” deterrent as well. But you have to nail em pretty good for them to leave you alone.

I'm no stranger to the sea dogs... I'd shoot every last one of them if I could.

My buddy notices the seal... I said he had a fish already... and it was his.
