In keeping with the multi-boat theme; I own one of these, but it's never been out of the boxes.

This one is always at my disposal, but she too has been dry for a long time.

not my trailer. the shipper that brought it out from New Jersey and it has 2 8000# axles and apparently towed the 12K boat like a dream. I will probably end up with a triaxle trailer very soon
Wow, that would be 3000 lbs a tire, had to be close to the tire limit:). Trust me I just towed mine on 3 tires when I lost a bearing. The 3 had about 800 lb to spare.

Small and old, but she gets it done anyway. The teak is an annual pita but it sure does look nice. I get a lot of compliments on it everywhere I go; personally I’m ready to move up. Will be for sale soon if anyone is looking for a starter vessel. The guy holding the’but is 6’4”....

This boat caught more fish and made more memories than everything since. Not big but back then the kids werent either, we utilized every square inch of that boat for kids, ice chests, fish, gear etc...

The last boat only had for a couple years but it really was a great boat. Too much green water over the bow at La Push and i just felt i needed to step up to a closed bow or something that would handle the bigger water a bit better and also something with a cuddy. Pictured in front of me is the Prophasea my late father in law's '21 Glasply. I miss him and fishing with him, lost him last June after a battle with cancer.

Waited a year after selling the Hewes and found this with a very low hour 300 yamaha. Can take the wife on overnighters and it still fishes very well and handles the rough water great.

Coming full circle my middle boy has now owned 3 boats i think, the latest a 14' Hewes project that I helped him with this spring. ( I am trying to find him a decent 6 or 8 hp if anyone has a source, his 2.5 hp Tohatsu is on its last legs)

Just passed 100 hours on my new ride this year. So far so good with only a few minor manufacturing defects to deal with and some shitty stainless used on the kicker install that has been replaced. I think this boat is literally the perfect wife friendly/pocket cruiser/fish killin machine. The manufacturer said I would get 1.4 to 1.5MPG at a 32 knot cruise and its actually closer to 1.1-1.2, but that's my only complaint thus far.

Pursuit performance test say I should get 1.5mpg at optimum cruise with the Yamaha F300's but best I see is 1.3 as well and 1.2 in heavy chop. But it is a lot more comfortable ride than my last one:)

Can’t go by those performance bulletins as the are with lightly loaded boats with props that make them perform at that lighter weight. Load em up prop em down and it is what it is.
