If you are in the water in San Diego, try Michelle Hart with Hart Yacht Service. She does many of the Cabos down at Kona Kai on Shelter Island and she did mine back in the day
Pricing will depend on size and condition of vessel. They usually come out and take a look at the vessel and go from there.
If you are up in OC, there are some other guys that also do fantastic work.....

What a coincidence, I just sent Michelle a message a few minutes ago! She was also taking care of the Cabo I just bought. It looked great.

Talk about coincidence.
I was down at Affordable Marine yesterday helping my buddy wax his Parker 2310.
The guys there were offering to do the full Monty for $700.

Mark is awesome as well. He does more gelcoat restoration and glass work. He's brought two boats back from the grave for me.
Dave (the Detailer) is a day in and day out wash and wax guy.
I use both guys all the time. Both are super solid, reasonable and reliable.
