Funny story. Most trailers need to make a ground connection once placed on the hitch. Just drive a couple of blocks and that generally fixes it. Fix your own shit, then no surprises. 90 percent of BFT fishing is meter marks. Know how to operate and read your electronics, kinda the most important tool you have especially with BFT. Terns are your best friend. Never shit in a cheap toilet (they are all cheap) on the water, that’s what buckets are for besides chum. Oh and hangovers and Hardcore fishing generally don’t optimize opportunities or lack thereof. One mans perspective on BFT fishing.

First rule for using the head on any boat: Always check to make sure it works before you load it up. It's like boating 101.

Great read. I laughed while reading it. Half of being a boat owner is being able to adapt and overcome.

Every time you hit a tuna with a spearshaft, their body "shudders" and they bend the shaft...hence the guys who dive tuna carry multiple shafts.

Great read! Okay, so when are you going to write episode two of season one? The part about repairs to the brown trout tank and the air brakes of your trailer? LOL!

That's some serious commitment.....failure was not an option on this trip. Hope your next BFT trip will have more high fives and fist bumping without all that drama.
