Was out swordfishing yesterday. Got a radio call from a buddy. He needed help on a fish. Pulled in my gear and ran 6 miles to him. Set my boat a drift. Put on the belt got the rod and started to fight the fish. 40 minutes later a beast came up. We were not ready for it. He was on a fuel run. We landed the fish got it to the scale. In avalon.
221lbs yellow fin. Who needs to go to Mexico when we find them here 13655.jpeg

    Holy smokes..........

A 240 something was caught off Oceanside a couple years ago by a guy trolling for marlin. I guess lightning does strike twice.
