    Fresh caught salmon is really good. Probably my number 1. White seabass then halibut. Fried rockfish then the tunas. Yellowtail is pretty far down the list. Bft raw, albacore cooked, yellowfin raw for tunas.

    I prefer the white meat fishes.Rockfish,Whitefish,Sculpin.I had Totuava once and it was absolutely the best tasting fish i ever had.Kind of a scallop or shrimp flavor to it.

    Sculpin taste so good that their defense system confirms it. Sculpin flavor is delicious they need poison in order for all the other fish not to eat them

    WSB, Halibut, Sculpin, Reds, Lings, Sand dabs

    Tuna

    Those sand dab trips. If a angler loads up and vacuum packs the dabs into meal packages. A person could eat 2 sand dab meals per week. For a year. Plus ling bait. For the price of one dab trip. Like $1 per dab
