I agree with Jim, a bacon wrapped fillet paired with a lobster tail aboard the Intrepid is the tops for me. However, I've always noticed that 'whatever the fish we are catching' is fantastic for dinner. Seared Ahi ? Good night now.............

It was Daniel, you are correct Dustin. He was bald. Yes the beef cheeks and risotto was fantastic.

I like my long range meals with a side of galley chef personality. Mike Nall and of course Jorge on the Rooster fits that bill well. I do miss Jorge's motor oil salad dressing...

Glen was the chef on my first trip! We SLAYED albacore and Bluefin day one of a 4 day. Jeff (Capt. of the "Q" at the time) took us to Guadalupe. My kid hooked a WHOPPER on the boats rental gear. 74lb. yellowfin on 40lb test. Glen stayed on the kids hip (14) the whole time. 6 times around the boat, broken anti-reverse, cracked rod, and he made sure the kid got it in, and won the jack pot!!!! I still really miss them all ! Great times. Great people,
I'm really surprised I never fished with you Donna. We'll meet one of these days......... :-)

Mike and Fernando do absolutely **killer** fish tacos when they can talk someone into bottom fishing for sculpin at Hurricane Bank.

I've had lots of incredible meals on LR boats but I just got off a boat a few weeks ago that provided the worst eating experience I've ever had on a LR boat! Absolutely terrible! Rice with almost every meal, terrible sauces on top of foods, meat that couldn't be cut and full of gristle, worst salad dressing ever and I was only able to eat 3 of the 17 desserts! The cook was a nice guy but his food was not on Par with what I am used to. It's as if he has never tasted his own food.
