Developing and using plastic that decays would be huge.
My wife and I spent time a few years back on a remote island way off the coast of Belize. Since there was no one to pick up all the plastic trash that washes in, there was a 10 foot wide, 3 foot deep layer of plastic bottles, flip-flops, empty containers of sunscreen etc. and other detritus that the currents have carried in. It was truly appalling, and we were in a super remote place, far from any population centers.....
Ok, nice concept. So if I buy a sixer, I can eat the
Ring holder. I yi yi . Here's a tip, put your trash in the trash bag, and the beer in the cooler. Dispose of it at home. Littering in the ocean is not good even if it's biodegradable. And frankly if I buy a sixer, I prefer to eat healthy foods , not replacement parts for plastic.
I noted in the video , they didn't have a study on their
Food beer holders, and just because you can eat it- doesn't mean you, or the animals or sea life should.
Maybe I'll forget the sixer, and buy a 12er.
