Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but it seems to me that this site is running really slow on my computer. So many pop ups loading with that little wheel just keeps spinning and spinning. Photos load very slowly and just navigating the site is slow compared to other websites.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Any way to remedy it?

I was having a similar problem the other day and I realized that I hadn't paid my cable bill on time. Maybe something related to your service provider? Maybe a problem with a wifi router?

All good with provider Cox. Computer scanned and cleaned with no issues. Just installed new modem router with a download speed of approx. 295 Mbps. Modem hard wired into desktop computer. Still running slow but no issues on any other sites. This slowness I am experiencing has only happened recently and difficult to troubleshoot.

A a side note Cox has outsourced all tech support to the Philippines within the last year. Calling a local number spoke to the Philippines several times and even had someone say they were in Panama....had some real communication issues as I had a hard time understanding what they were saying...

I get good response. I’m connecting my IPad via Wi-Fi @ 296mbps. Sounds like you’re there too… it ain’t the network! My desktop is hardwired to my router.

PSA: Not sure very many know about this but FCC(?) requires that any U.S. companies that outsource their customer service reps must transfer you to a U.S. based agent at your request, or tell you to hang up and call back until you get State-side support. I think this is one of the reasons many companies are trying to get you to text them with your concerns or issues, as a work-around for having to pay U.S. wages.

I did not know that but I was told by a rep to request "Tier 2" to escalate a service request to a U.S based representative. In today's world of tech reps with authorization being able to remotely log in to your computer and take over its function I would not allow that to happen if said rep was located outside of the United States...
