Power tilt went out in my boat recently so today I took it from the slip to the trailer thinking two guys would be able to lift it up and put it on the clip and boy was I wrong, on the horn with the good folks at Advanced Marine in Costa Mesa they talked me through all the How toos and what if’s For Nada so I called Pacific Scout a.k.a. Wally and like a fireman he jumped into his boots while I unhooked went to the shop for a floor jack g small dolly that saved the day and some cribbing, While waiting for Wally and struggling on the slant at the ramp BD member “Nefarious “ Rolled up after bringing his beautiful boat in Introduced himself and him and his partner went way out of their way to give me a helping hand which was huge Wally showed up shortly after with sandwiches and BEER
we put the motor on the dolly drug it up to the washout then Jacked the motor up in what could only be called a retarded Jenga, wish I could’ve gotten a pic but it was sketchy. Bottom line BD members are good people
