I did some field testing of the protos and liked them a lot. I also have a few of the production models and they're great!

I have built about 50 rods on Rainshadow blanks and in my opinion they are the best for the money and better than most at any price.

I only fish Rainshadow rods when fishing bass, not because I'm sponsored by them, but because I believe that they are the best blanks on the market. Bill Batson and his staff spare no expense in R&D and they have a series of blanks that are second to none.
You'd be surprised at the major manufacturers that Batson Enterprises makes blanks for.
Give them a try, you won't be sorry...

They're really good blanks, and not very expensive. I have made several for customers and I like them so much that I now carry them at my shop.

Awesome! The 822.5 is proving to be deadly inside the bay! Lightweight, sensitive and lots of backbone. I've not been dissapointed with Batson yet.

In the short time I have been trolling these sites, I don't see a lot of guys using them, mostly Calstars and Seekers. Zombie is about to wrap one for me as an 8'ft jig rod. Get well Randy!

Thank you for all the kind words in regards to our Blanks. With over 420 different (in stock - 17,000 to 20,000 blanks) models to choose from we are without question the largest supplier of blanks in the US industry. We not only sell under the Rainshadow/Forecast Labels but also supply many of the other companies with "Private Label" brands that they put there name on. You know you are doing something right when large companies come to you and take your product to put there name on. We also are the exclusive supplier of ALL ALPS products in the USA.
We are just a normal US family owned and operated company that supplies jobs and feeds families in this GREAT industry. We are all fisherman and Rod Builders and are very passionate about what we do. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions.
    Thanks again for your support..
