. . . bones have never left the east basin . . .
Is this the spot?

Is it legal to fish here?

Is there a free launch for a 50 pound inflatable?

Thanks!

No...the slips in front of shoreline village down to alamitos beach..understandably illegal to fish from shore where there are slips.
No launch but that wouldnt stop me from stopping in front of shoreline and quickly putting my 50 lb inflatable in the water right after marine patrol drove by...
They are touchy but will eat the lc good if there is some wind..

I caught a small Cuda last Saturday in Pedro Along the wall. About 9 inches long. I was shocked as well.

The harbors up and down the coast have all kinds of creatures outta place ..
From broomtails in king harbor to giant needlefish in del rey and on and on..
Cudas have been a longtime year round harbor resident as long as I can remember..of course there are legal fish around...
