Just rent the Panga for your self,
I would hate to be in a Panga all day without knowing the person, after I split A
Trip with A couple through the hotel on Lake Tahoe while I was on my honeymoon,
After about 30 minutes, I was ready to go back to the dock, never again.

The surf fishing is really good south of town where the estuary empties out. At low tide when the water empties out there is good clamming in the marsh. Some good Black sea bass at the big island as well.
