I second this observation. The POS is almost posing for the camera. The only thing missing is him holding a sign with his name on it but it wouldn't matter because the camera quality is crap. Local tweaker or someone connected to the industry would surely be recognized. It's time to get a better security camera because that picture is worthless.I guess you could describe the suspect as maybe white, might have a beard and for sure two arms. I'll keep a look out for that stuff.
has to be this wayWhen our boat was slipped. NOTHING fishing equipment wise, was left on the boat.
It was a huge inconvenience after a long day of fishing.
But the only thing we had taken was a couple dock lines and a power plug.
I don’t leave anything on my CC for that reason but in this case talking to a crew memberWhen our boat was slipped. NOTHING fishing equipment wise, was left on the boat.

I'm the anonymous human that kind of stumbled upon this gear the morning after it was stolen.
From what I've heard the person involved with stealing/selling the gear was dealing with the police. So how about enlightening us to what happened to Mr shitbag or was this a homedepot situation where we just let them go to repeat or threepeat or whatever?
Thank you for getting the gear back to Barlow and Crew! You sir are a legend. Heard someone tried getting the names etched off the rods.I'm the anonymous human that kind of stumbled upon this gear the morning after it was stolen.
I do repair work on rods and was given those to work on.I had seen the thread about the stolen gear before I got the rods.It took a few hours to realize it but the boat name caught my attention,it was on one of the rods.I contacted my friend and let him know I believed these were stolen off of the Limitless yesterday.I gave them back to him and suggested he look into it.He did the right thing fortunately.I was very happy to see this stuff returned. We deal with a lot of tackle and don't want anything to do with "hot" stuff. This is the second time in a few years that I've discovered stolen gear accidentally. And you're correct about somebody scratching/peeling the name off of those.I believe one or two still had the "Limitless" on it ? The others had already been scraped away which is why I was supposed to patch them up.And again I'm very happy this stuff was returned to the owners.Thank you for getting the gear back to Barlow and Crew!
