Any Tips on fishing the Delta?

Anyone have any tips on targeting Chinook and Sturgeon up at the Delta this time of year? I'm somewhat familiar with Sturgeon fishing, Chinook would be a bonus though. Any tips regarding special rigs, bait and fishing location's would be greatly appreciated.
