Brother. ...I worked with them for many years. ... that's nothing from them...even early...before.becoming a company. But... it looks like something from early 20th century. Varmac? Like stuff used by Hemingway. No on the TIBURON. Good luck. Could have been homemade... by someone with some good metal skills?
Those old wrap-on seats were used on old bamboo rods back in the day. By bamboo, I am referring to basically the same stuff that early lift poles were made of. The seats were secured by tuna cord,etc. and varnished or left plain.
