    Hey Guys!
I'd like some advice on where would be the best place to target some Rays/Sharks between Santa Barbara & Morro Bay?

I need something to shake the funk of not getting paid during this Government shut down...

I rarely target these species as I am either fishing YT/BFT Etc most of the year and am bored to death with
Surf Perching... (Although its still more fun than being forced to work for free)

Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Morrow bay. Right in the bay itself. Off the boat docks or by the jettie near the rock. Leapords and big rays. On land or in boat. Live bait best.

East beach by the zoo in sb
    Lots or rays and leopards
I go there with my blackhole 13’ footer and have a BLAST pulling on them
