Looking for advice on how to properly rig a flying fish for Bluefin tuna or yellowfin tuna? Any tips on how to properly balance the fish when trolling it on a kite?

Troll a yummy flyer, drift with a frozen flyer.

400lb mono. Lots of options for hook, but most common is a large 10/0-12/0 J hook up front and a trailer 5/0 super heavy treble hook. Like this (not my photos):

I like a mustad southern tuna 11/0 or 12/0 and mustad double tuna in the asshole. There are plenty of ways. Just find one you feel confident in.
