October 23rd will be 8 years since Stanibuns has passed. Here's a walk back to his funeral and gravesite. He was dearly loved by the people in Asuncion. When we put him in the back of my truck we had a procession through the town led by the Mayor and the police. Everybody in town showed up!

The saddest man in town was the Tecate Distributor!

My pops was never on BD afaik but I definitely miss fishing with him. Our fishing relationship was different from many fathers and sons because it was really my addiction to fishing that got him into it. I was generally the main instigator and researcher in our fishing and we learned together rather than him really teaching me. There's no telling how much $ he spent from his modest job to take me out sport boat fishing, and eventually he bought a boat so we could go out. I now live in the house he lived in and am currently fishing mostly with my dad's old gear from the 90's with some upgrades and replacements

shit that hurts to see this. hadnt talked in a long time but I was praying for him. He was Hurricane Chuck to me and we shared a few epic days fishing in PV together. RIP my friend

I think we figured out that @woodfish330 passed away recently. I never met him in person, but was able to get him reconnected with some buddies from the past. He just kind of disappeared. So, we all assumed he passed away. Great contributor on here.
I had his number and email and his phone was disconnected and never responded to email after we hadn't seen him on here in awhile.
