It really does not seem that long ago that I bought him his first dirtbike...a little Honda 50 at 7 years old. Never really thought he would take it to this level 10 years later...

Tim, who has your son recovered from his back injuries from a few years ago?

The pics are amazing, and as a fatherof a 17 year old son, scare the crap out me. :)

    Thanks guys.

Mike, Cory has made a full recovery from his back injury when he was 15. He will be 18 in November.

Steve, Cory has already been invited to travel around the US doing freestyle shows and getting paid. He has been working on expanding his trick bag so he can put on a good show for the folks. Soon he will have access to a foam pit to practice flips. The promoters pay these guys anywhere from $800 to $1500 for about an hours work jumping the bikes. For a 17 year old doing 4 shows a month, that seems like a lot of money, especially doing what he loves.

I am very aware of the risks involved in what he does.

The more advanced he gets the harder it is for me to take the photos. Cory knows I really don't like watching. I'm a mess the whole time. For the first few shots I am really nervous. It is almost as if I have to block out of my mind it is my son up there that I am taking the picture of, and to say a prayer and put it in God's hands, and trust and believe in my son's abilities.

    Easier said than done...

Fred, still killin cbass when I can...

Looking forward to see what my son will be at 17. He is not even 4 and wants me to do "loop d loops" as he calls it in the airplane.

There is house near skinner that has a ramp and foam pit. I think it might be Jeremy Lusks old house. Wonder if they rent the ramp?
