A simple USB connection to my phone that allows me to send/retrieve data from a plotter without the need for a hub and some kind of speaker in the plotter. Would love to be able to plug my phone into my plotter and listen to music vs. having a million other components that need to be set-up.

The ability to draw on the screen.

Knobs! Lots of Knobs. Big Freeking Rubber covered Metal Knobs to control the X & Y Axis, and Big Rubber coated Metal Push buttons that you can feel in the dark for all the other functions. and a USB (ss) port to plug in a USB Memory to be able to transfer charts from NOAH onto my PC Computer.

    Already available with Simrad.

I'd skip the extra port, already have ethernet. Plus can't you already do that over WiFi? Guess it depends on the plotter....but WiFi would be a better option then another port.

What do I want? Cheaper price tag especially for MFD's that ship without all the features advertized...aka... working SW.

New Simrads EVO3 is a pretty slick machine, after the last SW update, compared to 5 years ago.
