we fished the 181 today with the fleet. We broke away and were about 2 miles from the high spot. We started to chunk and had fish boiling around the boat. The YFT were nice class of fish up to 50 plus lbs. We had a lot a casualties but managed to land this baby on 20 lb line on chunk. If you are limited on bait, I suggest you set up a chum line. We had several fish boiling at the stern.

    Good luck out there.

Nice looking grade and report is much appreciated. Good news on the chunk bite. I got skunked through there Wednesday and will hopefully have better luck heading back south on my stops at SCI and the 181 on Sunday. Again, good job during a sporadic year.

I spent the day at the 182 and only saw birds & fish once as I came back thru the upper 9. Had a ton of hot bait ready to thro too. Not my turn. New bigger boat ran thru 110 gallons of diesel on 95 miles. Gonna take some time to get used to that.
