Well, made the decision to fish out of Oceanside today and it paid off with 4 BFT in the 15 -18 pd. class. Saw a huge spot ( 3 acres of crashing fish ) of fish and flylined dinos on them and game on. Saw a spot earlier in the morning of 50 -60 lb. fish but could not get them to go. Very fishy area with lots of terns & bait. No YFT,s and kelps were empty. All for now , need to clean boat.

I was sitting here (on in laws balcony) and just watched the bait boat leave the harbor and was wondering if they'd be coming back with dines.......
Water and weather are looking perfect today.
    Great job on the catch.

Did any Opah happen to surface and circle your boat while you hooked and landed the BFT??? Nice pictures by the way.
