Sorry for the late report, but finally made the first offshore trip of 2021 and hit the 43 Early Friday Morning. The morning hours seems to have more life and saw quite a bit of jumpers and puddlers. Once we spotted the jumpers we worked that zone and threw everything at them. We found it difficult to keep them up, but luck was on our side and had them going on the chum line! I had the lucky rod and landed 2 BFT (65 LB & 20 LB) The golden ticket was 130 gram chrome Daiwa Sakana! Smoked the lure, and the battle was on! Super stoked to land my PB BFT,Looking forward to a great season! Cheers.
