That assembly in the pic is the Furuno sonar. Its one of perhaps 10 trailer boats on the west coast with that sonar. It was installed by Johnson Hicks Marine Electronics in Santa Cruz. They are Furunos go to crew for installation of a sonar on a trailer boat. Furuno and Joe at Johnson Hicks did the install.
    And yes it is awesome.

Yes and that doesnt even touch whats included with this boat. You can sleep 4 adults comfortably in the pilothouse no problem. Its like a house in there. This boat is loaded, by far the best trailer boat you can get. Someone is gonna get a deal

Curious, but why the new motor? Anything happen with the boat that required it, or was it just tired and a new one made more sense than a rebuild? And are you original owner? Thanks, sweet looking boat

you mean this? not sure if there's a different name for it, because its not like any other that shares the same name....its the sonar transducer. my understanding is that ducer is on that shaft and can be directionally controlled to look to the side, front, rear, and all around. hence "searchlight" cost more than my boats worth....

The boat was repowered a couple years ago b/c when i purchased it a decade back it had a gas engine. Boats in this size class are better with diesel engines b/c of range and fuel economy. The engine has 286 hours, so its not brand brand new.

Yes that is the sonar/tube assembly. Just an fyi.....that sonoar does not cost 13k. When all things are considered, and between the glass work, wiring, the unit, tube, labor cost ect. Its closer to 30k to have a sonar.

I'm tempted to buy this and the last thing I need is another boat. If there is a serious buyer out there this should be at the top of the list.
