The hull and the cabin were out of a mold in 81, the pilot house was added on in 99 out of marine ply, not sure of the exact thickness but she's built like a tank.

Well it looks like the window guy was on vacation the same week as me. Got back from Mex and found out the rubber they now use for the windows is a bit thicker than what was originally used. the windows had to be trimmed a little to accomodate the thicker rubber. glass was cut/installed and now i'm just waiting for the adhesive to cure so that it can be trimmed away. then they will detail her out and i get to pick up my "new" boat. I really dig how they used some of the extra rubrail around the swim step. i think it really ties everything together well. And I'm super stoked on how the anchor hatch came out...way better than the white plastic hatch that used to be there. Its taking a little longer than expected but i did add alot to the original order (custom anchor hatch, LED Nav and deck lights, etc etc) but the nice part is that i'm getting exactly what i want. She'll be one of the cleanest 20's out on the water.

A few pics from Mex too...

Thanks...it was a great trip. It's crazy how a 25ft panga can push 11 guys, boards, gear, etc on a 115hp OB and cruise at 22 knts and max out at 30knts...Damn efficient boats.

Looking forward to getting the Radon in the water soon. Can't wait to see yours finsished, that's one classic boat!

Glad to hear you're getting the jet boat dialed in. I have a trip to the islands this weekend on the Truth (bachelor party) then i'll be splashing my little Radon. We'll have to meet up on the water sometime.
