Are the handle lengths the same as on the comparable Curado K models?

What do you think of it compared to the last two iterations of the Excense DC?

$250 is actually pretty good for a DC reel, most of them are around $400.

A 150 size reel? From the specs I’d call it a 75. Not sure you’d be using a heavy enough lure to need DC control but cool tech.

    Bantam,
I used to fish a Calcutta DC in the salt and it held up well. What are your thoughts on fishing the Curado DC in the salt?

This has been used in testing for several months in salt. The DC is good to go in saltwater. Actually this DC unit is better in salt than the original DC units.

Any chance of a new Tranx DC in the future?

I would say no as of right now, but you never know what the future will bring.

The Curado DC will be good for your application. Isn't it always windy in TX? I think I can count on one hand how many low wind days I have experienced while visiting your great state.

Doubt you'd be able to tell us, but what about a new generation of Trinidads?

Maybe the revival of the Trinidad DC?

There has been no discussion about making any changes to Trinidad.
